At JS Industries Australia, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance hardware. If your gear isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, in original packaging, and within 30 days of purchase; please note that custom surfboards are generally non-returnable.

• 2.
  Initiate Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark your RA number on the outside of the package before shipping via a tracked service.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
