How long does shipping take for a new surfboard?

For boards currently in stock, shipping across Australia typically takes 3-7 business days. Custom orders or backordered items may take 4-6 weeks for production and delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship JS Industries products globally. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout based on the dimensions of the board.

What is your return policy on surfboards?

We accept returns on unused hardware and apparel within 30 days. However, due to their fragile nature, surfboards can only be returned if they are found to have a manufacturing defect upon arrival.

Can I custom order a specific board dimension?

Absolutely. You can use our custom board builder to select your preferred model, dimensions, glassing, and fin plug configuration to suit your specific surfing needs.

What payment methods do you accept?
